訂閱及付款條款

1. Hardware and subscription

Sensor hardware is a one-time purchase. Every order must include either a 1-year monitoring subscription billed at USD $50 or a 3-year monitoring subscription billed at USD $120. One subscription covers the sensors purchased in that order under one WSMART account.

2. Automatic renewal and card authorisation

The 1-year subscription automatically renews every year at USD $50. The 3-year subscription automatically renews every three years at USD $120. By completing checkout, you authorise WSMART and Stripe to charge the saved payment method at the start of each renewal term.

3. Cancellation

WSMART must receive a cancellation request at least 15 calendar days before the next renewal date. Submit requests through the contact page and include the order ID and checkout email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid term. Renewed subscription fees are non-refundable.

4. Currency and reference conversions

All charges are made in United States dollars (USD). HKD, MOP and MYR amounts shown on the site are daily indicative exchange-rate estimates only. Your card issuer or payment provider determines the actual conversion rate and may charge additional fees.

5. Delivery regions and shipping

Orders are accepted only for Hong Kong, Macau and Malaysia. Shipping is free for Hong Kong, USD $5 for Macau and USD $10 for Malaysia. Orders outside these regions cannot be processed through this checkout.

6. Sensor registration

After delivery, each sensor must be registered using the paid order ID and the device's unique QR-code identifier before it is configured in the WSMART IoT monitoring portal.

7. Payments and security

Card payments and recurring billing are handled securely by Stripe. WSMART does not receive or store full card numbers, security codes or card expiry details.
